Product Description: This product is composed of a combination of bevel gear transmission and planetary gear transmission, including two series of NGW planetary gear reducers: two-stage and three-stage. Mainly used for metallurgy, mining lifting and transportation input, and general mechanical equipment.
The applicable conditions are as follows:
The high speed of the high-speed shaft does not exceed 1500r/min;
The circumferential speed of the gear shall not exceed 13m/s;
The working environment temperature ranges from -40 ℃ to 45 ℃:
Can operate in both forward and reverse directions (clockwise is the preferred direction).

1.1 Assembly type

1.2 Model and Marking
1.2.1 Model of reducer: including the series code of the reducer, base number, transmission stage, transmission ratio code, and assembly type.
Series code: Composed of the planetary reducer NGW and the combination stage bevel gear (umbrella gear) wheel's (umbrella) Chinese Pinyin prefix S, "NGW-S" represents the series code.
Specification: The machine base number, transmission series, transmission ratio code, and assembly type are represented by sequential numbers.

1.2.2 The content of the reducer label should include the reducer name, model, specifications, transmission ratio, assembly type, high-speed shaft, allowable power and speed, lubricating oil viscosity, reducer weight, factory number, and date of manufacture.
The type and size of the 1.3NGW-S two-stage reducer are shown in Figure 1 and Table 1.

2. Load bearing capacity of the reducer
